Construction
The Dopamine Skirt is a flowy, “choose your own adventure” skirt with an elastic encased waistband. It is crocheted with turned rounds and can be made to any length and a variety of eases.

Difficulty Level
Adventurous Beginner

Size Information:
This is a made-to-measure skirt intended to have positive ease for a flowy fit. You will be able to play with your stitch counts and hook size after creating your waistband to choose how wide/long you would prefer your skirt.

Suggested Yarn:
I suggest fingering weight yarn to create an airy, flowy skirt, but you could use sport or even DK yarn to create a heavier skirt if you’d like. I used Lion Brand Yarn Ombre Life (50% acrylic, 50% cotton) in colorway Cloudy Day for my pink/gray/white sample and Tropical Yarnie Pure Cotton Sock (100% pima cotton) for my green sample.

Yardages:
As this is a made-to-measure pattern, yardages will vary depending on your chosen ease, length, and yarn. I used 1,748 yds for my pink/gray/white sample and 2,100 yds for my green sample. Tester yardage ranged from 1,124 - 2,465 yds. Here is a spreadsheet of Tester Yardages to help you better determine how many yards you’ll need for your skirt.
